Essential Voice and Estill Voice International (“EVI”) is providing you with an opportunity to use the Estill Voice Training System™ for learning and teaching the foundations of vocal control, including the Compulsory Figures of Voice™ (its specific exercises) and the Estill Voice ModelTM (its theoretical foundation).

The information and materials including but not limited to books, papers, pamphlets, notes, video and audio tapes, visuals, knowledge, experience and expertise comprise the Estill Voice Training System™ and are copyrighted and proprietary.

As a condition of the use of the Estill Voice Training System (EVTS)™, your acceptance below indicates your acknowledgement that (i) the EVTS™ is the sole and exclusive property of EVI and you are not acquiring any property rights to the EVTS™; (ii) copyright restrictions will apply to all EVI materials and you will not reproduce any document or other material constituting a part of the EVTS™ without the express written consent of EVI; (iii) you will not conduct any seminar or other meeting using any part of the EVTS™ until you have completed an additional course or courses, are an expert and have been tested in all the Compulsory Figures of Voice™ and have been certified to do so by EVI.

Your vocal health is your responsibility. If you have any concerns whatsoever regarding the health of your voice, you are urged to see a Laryngologist (an Ear-Nose-Throat doctor who specialises in the voice and larynx). We recommend that everyone who cares about his or her voice see a Laryngologist for a baseline vocal health examination, with follow-up visits as warranted.

Essential Voice and EVI wants you to have a long and healthy vocal life, however, we make no claims nor guarantees. You are solely responsible for the health of the voice that resides within your body.
